Dr. Jason Wong developed a 30-day program to help myself and a small group of people who had chronic back pain and/or problems with our posture. In his app PosturePRO, he posted step-by-step instructional videos of exercises and stretches that changed daily and progressed slightly in intensity/complexity as they helped us develop different muscles throughout our back. He was also in constant contact with each of us about our progress during the program and was there to answer any questions we had or to offer any extra guidance if necessary. I suffered from a pretty severe case of rounded shoulders, to the point where I looked like I had a bit of a hunch back for a person of my age. Thanks to the strength and flexibility I acquired during his program, and those stretches/exercises that I continue to use to this day, I now have excellent posture and rarely any back pain. I couldn’t recommend him enough and am so thankful I was part of the Conquer Posture Squad!
Jason is a very skilled and talented practitioner. Without fail, every time I've been treated by Jason I've felt like a whole new person. I'm sure so much is excellent training, but I think he has an intuitive sense too--what's causing what and how to return the body to its natural state of health. He's also a gracious, nonjudgmental, warm person, and makes you instantly comfortable. HIGHLY recommend!
At the age of 60 a freak accident left me with a smashed pelvis, unable to walk or even put weight on either leg. After six weeks of daily PT By Jason Wong, hard but necessary, I was able to use my legs once again. My recovery from that trauma has been thorough and complete, and I can only credit the regimen Jason put me through during that time. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
